Sanjoy Guha is the Founder and Managing Director of Srishti 4S.

Sanjoy is an accomplished professional with almost 4 decades of experience in Energy Sector in leadership roles in General Management, M&A, Strategy, Marketing, Start Up and Corporate Restructuring, with TotalEnergies and Hindustan Petroleum. Having lived and worked in 4 different countries, Sanjoy gained rich experience of working in a matrix organization with people from cross cultural environment. Sanjoy is credited to have crafted FDI investment in India of over $ 2 Billion through Joint Ventures. As Managing Director and CEO of TotalEnergies subsidiaries in Vietnam and India, Sanjoy made significant mark through innovative financial and marketing restructuring.

Sanjoy interest in founding Srishti 4S stems from his interest in identifying solutions and simplifying complex process for its clients. Sanjay will play active role in Srishti 4S by providing guidance on Business Development, Governance, Marketing and Innovation and Analytics. 

Sanjoy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Calcutta University, Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Govt. Eng. College, North Bengal University and Master’s in Marketing Management (MMM) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. During his professional career he was nominated for Leadership program in IIM Ahmedabad and HEC Paris.

Sanjoy is associated as a member of a renowned NGO – Kalong Kapili, which caters to the Skill Development and Aqua Culture projects in Rural Areas, located at BagaBari, Kamrup District, Assam.

Sanjoy is married to Rubena and they have a daughter and a son.
