Rajan Sangameshwaran is the Founder and Director of Srishti 4S since inception and is responsible for the overall leadership of the Company.

Rajan holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Physics from Annamalai University, Chidambaram and in Software Applications from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

During the past 23+ years of professional experience, he has demonstrated cross-functional skillsets across multiple domains right from steering the strategic business units focused on Product Management, Project Consolidation, Resource Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Process Automation, Conflict Resolution, Root Cause Analysis by showcasing a proven ability while delivering top-tier software solutions.
